This notice applies to all products purchased from MarXPublications.com.
If you are unhappy with any product purchased from us at MarXPublications.com you may return it for a refund or store credit of the purchase price less any shipping and handling charges. To do so you must first obtain an RMA number and instructions by e-mailing your request to RMA@MarXPublications.com and including:
Books:
Books must be in usable condition. If the book includes a CD-ROM the seal on the sleeve must not be broken. If seal is broken store credit will be issued.
Software:
To receive full credit for software the seal on the CD-ROM sleeve must not be broken. If seal is broken the software must be un-installed from the computer it was installed on and store credit will be issued.
Therapy Materials:
Therapy materials be in usable condition.
